Spring Pea and Radish Slaw with Sesame Seeds
With a Sharp knife, cut the peas lengthwise into fine julienne strips. So they look like matchsticks. Cut the radish into thin disks, then stack them and cut accross into matchsticks. Toss together in a bowl.
Whisk vinager, sesame oil, and plum vinager together. Pour over the pea's and toss well. Let sit for about 5 minutes then taste and adjust. Add salt if desired.
Add your black or white seasame seeds and your slaw is complete.
